General Counsel

Karina Manso is a Member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. She has a Law Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Florida International University.

Ms. Manso has performed property tax appeals for properties including: Apartment Complexes, Retail Centers, Office Buildings, Hotels, Warehouses, Wholesale Outlets, Mobile Home Parks, Nurseries, Airports, Airplane Hangars, Vacant Land, Luxury and Median Priced Homes and Condominiums.

As testimony to her work in the community, Karina was recognized as the 2008 recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Cuban Fleur-de-lis Award.

Ms. Manso is fluent in Spanish.
